Dentist and Optician

Domiciliary dentists and opticians call to the Home twice a year.

GP

On admission to St Teresa’s, we will arrange for the Resident to join the panel of GP’s who regularly attend the Home or they may remain with their own GP.

Visiting GPs (other than the Home’s regular doctors), consultants, physiotherapist and other therapists can be arranged privately through the Matron.

Hairdressing

A local hairdresser will call on a weekly basis and appointments can also be made for special occasions.

Chiropodist

The Chiropodist attends at St Teresa’s every second month.

Laundry

All clothing needs to be labelled with the Resident’s name to assist the in-house personal laundry service which is provided. Dry cleaning can be arranged at the Resident’s own cost.
