Application for Residence

What is the process of becoming a Resident?

• Visit St Teresa’s for a guided tour.
• Complete and submit a residency application form.
• St Teresa’s will be in touch once an appropriate room is available.
• A meeting with Matron will take place as part of a pre-admission assessment at which issues around admission can be discussed, and at which the Home can begin to get familiar with your needs. We will require the Resident’s medical card and/or national health number on admission, together with all details of medical history.  Medicines are to be kept in a secure and safe place.
• Fees and contracts are finalised and signed.
• Welcome and introduction to St Teresa’s staff and Residents as appropriate.
